Planning Applications:-
26 KP Proposal to split the site and for Garage to become a dwelling. Drawing are needed and will be requested.
2 Fremantle Square. Garden room and extension. Neighbours to be asked for comments
Debenhams/ Tall building. Planning Application 23/04490/F. Notices to be put on website and noticeboards. NK to compose KCG letter as well as Wapping Wharf ‘s application
Website. New changes have to be made by January 1st. We need to retain archives and photos. HP to contact Mike Stuart our web designer for consultation early next week.
It was decided that the committee need only meet every two months. 2nd Tues. of the month. Dates for 2024 – February 13, April 9, June 11, [not August], October 8, December 10
NK had been to the latest UHBT meeting. It is unlikely that the building work on Marlborough Hill will continue due to lack of funding. All such proposals have been shelved
Do we need an audit of the accounts pre AGM ? ( hopefully in February)
Next meeting – AGM planned for Cotham Parish Church on Tuesday 13th February. HP to look into booking.
