Response to Hospital’s planning application to make temporary radio pharmacy

Can anyone tell me what is happening at the Laboratory site in Malborough Hill Place?
They seem to be building another story on to the per fabricated building already there.
That building was suddenly put there one Saturday morning and I have a feeling they are doing the same again with this.
