John Winstone, a former Kingsdown resident, has a quantity of Georgian joinery for use in repair and reinstatement of interiors in Kingsdown, from stripping out of Kingsdown houses in the 1970s and mostly provenanced to the particular property. Included are door and window architraves, panelled shutters, Georgian sashes, some with glass, internal panelled doors a long length of panelling to dado level, moulded and painted cornicing from Prospect House off Horfield Road, etc. Some items featured in the Kingsdown 250 exhibition.
