This Fluxus performance piece by Alison Knowles takes place at Cube Cinema, Dove Street South. A salad is artistically prepared and served to the audience for free. All local allotment holders or back garden growers or urban foragers are called upon to join efforts and celebrate a summer of growing and tasting local food.
Please bring your donations of salad making materials from 2pm onwards. Performance and salad serving will take place at 6pm with a BBQ afterwards. All are welcome bring to food to share but no problem if you don’t.
